The Annual General Meeting of the Otamatea HarbourCare Society Inc will be held on Wednesday July 2 at 6pm in the Paparoa Memorial Hall.
Business will include the Annual Accounts for the year to 31 March 2025, election of committee members, and a raft of Constitutional amendments required to meet the requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
